We did a lot this summer so here are some pictures to catch you up.
We went to the zoo with my good friend Whitney and her cute little boy Tayson.
We saw the Cars 2 movie. Conner's first movie going experience. It went pretty well!

We also did something kind of different this year. Conner's birthday is December 22. Not a fun time to have a birthday. There are so many other parties and no one wants to go to one more or buy any other gifts this time of year. Each year Conner seemed overwhelmed with all the presents he got between his birthday and Christmas. By the time it was Christmas he didn't seem to care about presents and wasn't that excited at all. So this year we celebrated his half birthday! We had a party with family and a couple friends and it was a lot of fun. We will still do cake and ice cream with just our family of 4 for Conner on his actual birthday, but this way we got to split up the parties and presents for him.
This picture is so funny. He was going through a stage where he HATED taking pictures. He would get so mad when I would ask him to stop and look at me.

We also blessed our sweet little boy. Tim did a great job and we are so grateful that this little boy is ours forever. We all love him very much.

My brother and sister's families visited over the summer and we did a lot of fun things. Its always so good to see them and I always miss them and their kids like crazy when their gone.
